How Do I Place an Order Online

Product Return . Credit . Refund and Exchange Policy

 

Our Return, Replacement and Exchange Policy 

requires that you Notify us Immediately after receiving your shipment at :

Please describe, in detail, the subject of your claim or inquiry, including your Name, E-mail Address, Date of purchase, and Customer Order Number. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the original purchase order date. Wellness Goods will not consider liability for, nor authorize requests for replacements or exchanges for any merchandise purchased at the wellnessgoods.com site after this period.

 

Replacements or Exchanges by Wellness Goods will be considered for any merchandise that has been :

 

   Damaged in Shipment 

   Found to be Defective, or if an

   Error has been made in shipment 

 

Wellness Goods may, at it's sole discretion, authorize replacements or exchanges only if the item(s) purchased have not been used or altered from the original condition in which it was shipped, in any fashion and is returned in it's original packaging together with a copy of the original Customer Order Receipt. 

 

Nutritional Supplements may not be returned unless there was an error in shipping or products were found to be damaged during shipping.

 

Every effort will be made by Wellness Goods to resolve any customer product issue presented to Wellness Goods according to the above criteria. Wellness Goods, in it's sole discretion, may elect to supply replacement parts for defective merchandise, replace defective merchandise or authorize an exchange of merchandise when applicable.

 

Replacements for a defective product, if authorized, will be shipped to customers address as it appears on customers original receipt only.

 

Please do not return your shipment, for any reason, prior to contacting Customer Service at Wellness Goods and receiving a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Wellness Goods. 

 

The customer is solely responsible for and accepts liability for all return shipping and insurance charges applicable to the returned shipment. All returns, when authorized, must be returned in it's original packaging and shipped by customer utilizing a major carrier; FedEx, UPS, DHL. Returned shipment and merchandise must be insured by the customer for the full value shown on the customer’s original packing slip, which must be enclosed within the returned shipment. Customer accepts all responsibility to provide Wellness Goods with a tracking / shipping verification number within 24 hours of shipment being processed for return by customers carrier.

The customer accepts all responsibility as claimant, initiating any and all appropriate claims and acting as recipient of any claim awarded by carrier, that may be applicable and resultant of any returned shipment being damaged in return transit to Wellness Goods or it's authorized agents. Wellness Goods accepts no liability for any returned shipment that does not meet these criteria.

 

Hand made items (these are indicated in the product description), incur a 25% restocking fee. All other authorized product returns, will incur a 20% restocking fee, unless returned for exchange as a result of damage during shipping to customer.

 

A credit return for merchandise purchased, when authorized, will be given for the retail purchase price shown on a customer receipt only, less the appropriate restocking fee ( see above ). The shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping and insurance costs must be prepaid by the customer. Refunds, when authorized, will be applied to the card which was used for the original purchase within 72 hours of Wellness Goods' receipt of authorized returned merchandise.

Once you have become a customer, by ordering merchandise from our Marketplace, you have automatically created an Account with Wellness Goods. You may now click on " My Account " at the top section of every page within the Wellness Goods website and view your Customer Profile, as created during your Marketplace checkout process. You may review, edit or change your information including your address, ship to address and password.

 

  How Fast Will My Order Be Processed?


The process of delivering your order begins the moment you hit the "submit order" button at the end of the checkout page. You should receive a confirmation that your order has been processed, in less than a minute.


  Shipping to Your Address

 

We can not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide us with a complete and valid street address during your Marketplace checkout process, or you may email us with special shipping and handling requirements prior to ordering from the Marketplace.
