The simple happiness we often chase after awaits us quietly just under the noisiness of our busy minds. Just pull the plug on the noise machine of your mind and BE, be you, as you are and allow others to be with you as they are.

Now, perhaps more than ever, is a good time to remember that your simple presence is the greatest gift you can give, to your Self and others.
